Easy Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe


Peanut Butter Bliss in a cup…literally!


I’ve been home sick these past few days with a cold and after a long morning all I wanted for a midday snack was something comforting. There’s something about peanut butter that is so amazing. It could be memories of eating PB&J sandwiches as a little girl or just the nutty creaminess of peanut butter…but whatever it is…it’s awesome! 

Beware though, not all superfood smoothies are created equalMost are heavily processed with ingredients formulated and produced in such a way to provide the product to the consumer in the cheapest way possible, NOT the healthiest way. One thing I love about Shakeology is the fact that I know every time I drink it, I am putting the Earth’s best and healthiest in my body in an easy to blend shake. 
Peanut Butter Bliss:

1 cup ice
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp PB ( or peanut butter powder)
1/2 Banana
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
Blend well. Enjoy!

At least once every day, I’m either in a time crunch for a meal OR I’m wanting something nutritionally dense but AMAZING,  and these superfoods are giving me life right now!
